"I am a 49-year-old woman who has had two children and is presently a homemaker full time. I am also an athlete for I have competed in marathons, tri events and bike racing. I hike, and do a variety of other active sports. I tried a vegan diet in college and was unsuccessful because the main part of the nutrients came from bread and sweets and nuts so I gained a lot of weight. Currently, I have been gaining weight every year since I had my ten-year-old.

Over-acidification of the body is the single underlying cause of all disease. In contrast, based on the work of Louis Pasteur in the late 1800s, it stems from the idea that disease comes from germs which invade the body from the outside. Nothing could be further from the truth as even Louis Pasteur on his dead bed admitted, “I was wrong, it is not the virulence (vitality) of the germ that determines the disease entity (colds, flu, cancer. Aids, etc.), It's the resistance of the host (person) that determines the efficacy (effectiveness) of the disease process (pathology)!"...Louis Pasteur

Now, about The Germ Theory, First of all, Theory is NOT a Fact:

  • It is a system of assumptions
  • It is abstract reasoning
  • It is entirely speculation

There have been many, very many experiments and tests done over the past century and longer, that have proven VERY eloquently that Louis Pasteur was wrong and Antoine Bechamps was right!

As a refresher - Pasteur established the doctrine of specific malignant "germs" that could be airborne, transmitted by touch or ingested in one way or another. Modern medicine still follows this theory blindly, supported by the efficient pharmaceutical industry and vaccinations are only a small by-product of this absurd theory. Bechamps taught that the birth of bacteria arises from a deficient and enervated (weakened) terrain, a rundown organism, and germs do their God-given task as undertakers when such morbid soil is encountered.

On his deathbed, Pasteur whispered to his attending friends "Bechamps was right - the germ is nothing, the terrain is everything".

However, modern medicine did not hear this important statement and still carries on believing that germs can cause disease!


The following is an extract from a communication by Dr. John B. Fraser to the Canada Lancet, June 1916 (vol. 49, no. 10, p. 447), with regards to certain experiments carried out by him:

The reasons for questioning the germ theory are mainly three:

  1. The divergent views of bacteriologists as to which germ caused the disease.
  2. The stronger claim of the bio-chemic theory (Bechamps')
  3. The absence of germs at the onset of disease (as the following sample cases show).
    • A man crossing a river broke through the ice, was rescued, later became ill, and the doctor fearing pneumonia, tested for pneumo-cocci - there were none present; when the pneumonia developed they appeared.
    • After an oyster supper, some men had cramps and diarrhea, followed by typhoid fever - no Eberth bacilli were present in the first stools but were present later.
    • Hurrying, a girl arrived at her shop sweating; as the shop was cold, she became very chilly, next day complained of a sore throat, nut no Klebs-Loffer bacilli were found; later, when a diphtheric patch appeared, the bacilli were present.

Here in each case the bacilli followed the onset of the disease. Believing that the above germs were the result and not the cause of the diseases, tests of the germs of diphtheria, typhoid and pneumonia were made. During a two year study involving six persons, the first test was whether the Klebs-Loffer bacilli would cause diphtheria, and about 50,000 were swallowed without any result; later 100,000, 500,000 and a million and more were swallowed, and in no case did they cause any ill effect. The second series of tests was to decide whether the Eberth bacillus would cause typhoid, but each test was negative; even when millions were swallowed. The third series of tests showed that one could swallow a million (and over) pneumo-cocci without causing pneumonia, or any disturbance.

The investigation covered about two years, and forty-five (45) different tests were made giving an average of fifteen tests each [subject].

I personally tested each germ culture before allowing the others to do so; and six persons (3 male and 3 female) knowingly took part in the tests and in no case did any symptom of the disease follow.

The germs were swallowed in each case, and were given in milk, water, bread, cheese, meat, head-cheese, fish and apples - also tested on the tongue.

Most of the cultures were grown by myself - some from stock tubes furnished by Parke, Davis & Co., and one tube furnished by the Toronto Board of Health through one of their bacteriologists.

As all tests were carefully made, they prove that there is not the danger from germs that bacteriologists claim; they also may stimulate other Canadians to undertake further experimental work, for the actual test on man decides the truth of the theory.



When the body is in a healthy alkaline balance, germs are unable to get a foothold. Germs don't cause disease, WE DO! Disease is the body's resistance against a cause or series of causes. My greatest lesson when it comes to being healthy is actually in 3 parts:

  1. We never catch disease; we earn it as it stems from crud in the blood from being drunk with junk! I know that sounds like the antithesis of our educational system. But it has saved my life more than once.
  2. We are all healthy automatically by design and sick only by default. Everything the body does is for the sake of survival or self-preservation. If you cut yourself, whether we like it or not, innately the wound starts to heal. Sometimes it takes longer to heal depending on the amount of poison we have in our body that the body has to deal with on a normal basis.
  3. We only get well by what comes out of us, never by what goes into us. This one is a real biggie. In so many words, beat it, don't treat it or you'll cheat it! The only way I could help you or your loved one is to lay out the foundation for being healthy with a strong emphasis on sensible eating.

    Does it ever seem peculiar to you that dog and cat food commercials stress the nutritional qualities of the foods, mentioning that optional nutrition gives your pet the best chance of growing well and living healthfully? Why, do you ask, are children's foods marketed for their colors, shapes exciting qualities and deliciousness, but not the nutrient quality? Adult foods are promoted for their speed of delivery, their zest, zing and sizzle, but rarely for their health building qualities. Why are these food commercials invariably followed by commercials for antacids? Did you ever wonder about this? Something to think about.

    Our bodies are not garbage dumps with hairy lids. We are marvels of design and are never made to be sick at any age, no matter what anyone else says. Old age doesn't cause sickness. If that was the case, then everyone who was old would be sick and we know that just isn't the case. We should never let age be our cage!I only wish I had known this kind of information when I was so sick that life was always a problem to be solved rather than a joy to be lived. In all my years in this life changing business of health, I have never found one shred of evidence in all the motivational books, The Bible or any of the other self-help books to support the notion that we are in this world to be either sick, fat, miserable or broke. We are all here to have abundance in life and NOT created to be sick.

    I know that this information was a revelation to me and in turn I trust it will be for you!

Now the bottom line in your daily life and it could easily be listed as the 11th Commandment, "Thou shalt not poison thyself!" We can't poison ourselves from the time we get up till we go to bed at night without having some kind of problem. And the longer we try to appease the condition and continue the same habits that got us sick in the first place, well we will ultimately find ourselves in a worse condition.

Think of your body as a fish tank. Think of the importance of maintaining the integrity of the internal fluids of the body that we "swim" in daily. Imagine the fish in this tank are your cells and organ systems bathed in fluids, which transport food and remove wastes.

Now imagine we back up a car and put the tailpipe up against the air intake filter that supplies the oxygen for the water in the tank. The water becomes filled with carbon monoxide, lowering the alkaline pH, creating an acidic pH environment, and threatening the health of the "fish", your cells and organs.

What if we throw in too much food or the wrong kind of food (acid-producing food like dairy, sugar, and animal protein) or even eaten the right foods in the wrong combinations and the fish are unable to consume or digest it all, and it starts to decompose and putrefy? Toxic acid waste and chemicals build up as the food breaks down, creating more acidic byproducts, altering the optimum alkaline pH.

The pH level (the acid-alkaline measurement) of our internal fluids affects every cell in our bodies. Extended acid imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. Indeed, the entire metabolic process depends on a balanced internal alkaline environment. A chronically over-acidic pH corrodes body tissue, slowly eating into the 60,000 miles of veins and arteries like acid eating into marble. If left unchecked, it will interrupt all cellular activities and functions, from the beating of your heart to the neural firing of your brain. In summary, over-acidification interferes with life itself leading to all sickness and disease!

How do you know if you're overly acidic?


Fat is an Acid Problem!

What does that mean? The body creates fat cells to carry acids away from your vital organs, so these acids literally don't choke your organs to death. Fat is saving your life! Fat is actually a response from the body to an alarming over-acidic condition.

The toxins produced within an overly acidic, oxygen deprived body may contribute significantly to what are often called the symptoms of allergy.
